V. Means to Exercise Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection (ARCO Rights)
You may exercise your rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and/or Objection) by directly contacting the personal data officer via email. The request must contain and be accompanied by what is required by Article 29 of the Law, such as:

ACCESS: To be informed of which of your personal data are contained in the databases of SpinAUT Consulting and Services Integration, S.A.S. de C.V., how they are used, their origin, and the communications that have been made with them, as well as the general conditions of their processing.
RECTIFICATION: To have your personal data corrected or updated if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
CANCELLATION: The right to request SpinAUT Consulting and Services Integration, S.A.S. de C.V. at any time to cancel (delete) your personal data.
OBJECTION: To object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data.

If additional information and/or documentation is required, the personal data officer will contact you within five business days of receipt of your request, granting you ten business days from such communication to provide the requested information. Otherwise, your request will be considered not submitted.
The aforementioned terms and deadlines may be extended once if necessary, and you will be notified through the contact means you provided, indicating the reasons for the extension, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law.
The exercise of ARCO Rights will be free of charge, as will the reproduction of documents in simple copy or delivery by email.
SpinAUT Consulting and Services Integration, S.A.S. de C.V. may deny access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, or objection in the following cases:
In any of the above cases, SpinAUT Consulting and Services Integration, S.A.S. de C.V. will have no more than twenty days to inform you of the reason for its denial.
SpinAUT Consulting and Services Integration, S.A.S. de C.V. declares that it complies with the duties of security and confidentiality referred to in Articles 19 and 21 of the Law, through its Quality and Security Management Systems. Additionally, in cases where SpinAUT Consulting and Services Integration, S.A.S. de C.V. has not obtained data directly from the owner, it is understood that the owner tacitly consents to the processing of their data if they do not express their opposition to the terms of this notice, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law.
Finally, SpinAUT Consulting and Services Integration, S.A.S. de C.V. maintains strict confidentiality of personal data even after the termination of its contractual relationships with its clients.

VII. Changes to the Privacy Notice
